Favorite Feature XXX + updatesHello!
I am now back at work after a wonderful summer. Though the last two weeks has been super busy with deadlines. But now finally I can take it a bit slow again for a while:] Although when I am busy with things, I also still seem to be much more productive on all other areas too. So I have some updates about my art to share before we dig into my Favorite Feature. Btw, I know I'm not that good at giving you all the updates here and if you follow me on Fb, updates there tend to drown in the news flow. So I'm very happy to introduce to you my Newsletter! Sign up to it and you will receive an email about once a month with the latest updates from my website blog
So here are some of the things that has been happening on the art front:
My newsletter of course, I mean it go and sign up now so you don't miss out on all the fun! ->
You can help a fellow artistI wouldn't ask for help if it wasn't my last option available, and this is petrova's last option to survive and to not get homeless (read: ). She is a friend and one of the most helpful and productive people I've met. She set up a group exhibition for me and some fellow Swedish artist from DA and is the founder of KingdomOfSweden. I want to help her in every way I can, cause I know that she would do the same for many of us, so I'm asking you, could you help her too? Check out her beautiful creations and photographs, you find her Etsy shop here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/cajacreations
She does commissions as well!
Please share her creations with your friends on FB here: https://www.facebook.com/cajacreations?fref=ts
Why does always the very worst things happen to the very best...?
Sorry for spamming you with images from my shops, I just want to show you how pretty these products look!
‘Moonseed’ is my latest artwork available in my online shops. You see examples of different merchandise you can get with this artwork from my Society6 shop above. Most of my artworks are available now, so go check it out!
BlogDid you know I have a blog on my website?
I don't always update this journal with the latest stuff, so if you would like to know what I'm up to, you can always read my blog at my website: http://sandrahultsved.com/blog/ Now I just posted some photos from the summer exhibition
Favorite Feature XXIXI seem to be a bit behind with my watchers deviations, also it was a while now since I did a FF, so here's a huge feature again!
All fantastic artworks, I hope you have checked them out, if not, do it now! I especially have to point out to read the story to this first artwork, it's wonderful!
On an other note, I'm going on vacation now, so I will be off somewhere in Sweden for a couple of weeks. See you in a while!
(I don't know, but the image width seem not to work, sorry for the messy layout)

Get my art on your wallTo sell my art is still a pretty new thing for me, so I want to show you all what I've got for sale right now and where you can buy it.
I recently opened an account at Society6, first I just wanted to make prints easily available for a cheaper prize. But I've also tried adding some other products, here are some of the artworks and products available:
On Esty I put up my self produced products, such as Fine Art prints (limited edition) and postcards. These products will be shipped by me pers
Do you want to write me a comment? In January this year I launched my new website. I wanted it to be a place where you can find my latest artworks and updates, a meeting point beyond social media and most importantly a place for us to interact with each other. You might know the "share/heart" button already. With it you can easily share my artworks on to social media sites or show a friend (I appreciate when my artworks are shared only with full credit).
Still I've been missing the most important thing yet, a way for us to interact directly with each other. So today I'm very happy to introduce the comment function! You are now able to comment directly on my blog posts and to get replies. I really like being able to have that connection with you and to get feedback, I hope that you will think the same!
And I have to once again give my deepest gratitude to DarkerSeptember who have made all of it possible!
Watcher feature IIUpdate: So here is the feature below, and I'm so proud to say that these are my watchers! Check out each others art And if you saw this now and want to join, leave a comment with a thumb to one of your artworks below and I will save it for the next watcher feature!
I've received many new watchers lately, I guess it's mainly because of the DD and for that I'm truly grateful! And I'm really sorry I haven't been able to thank you all personally yet. So I was thinking, why not do a watchers feature again! It was very fun last time, and it gives us a chance to get more familiar with each other! What do you say?
Comment below with a thumb to your favorite or best work and I will feature it here!
Favorite Feature XXIXIt seems like it was a while since I had the time to collect my favorite artworks in a feature, but here we go again! Here's a whole bunch of lovely artworks! Give them love and comments!

Photoshop tutorial- PS basics 4I'm back with my journal tutorials for Photoshop. I didn't post any new journal tutorial in a while. Anyway, my previous tutorial you can check here. I'll describe some Photoshop basics for everyone who try to learn to use Photoshop. So in this article you'll find tutorials: Tilt-Shift, Customizing brush 2, Lens Flare, Mask Tool,.
If you wish to see images in full resolution then simply click on the images below (they are big 1920 x 1080 px). I used Photoshop CC here, so some things may be different in lower PS versions. But most of things may be the same in all PS versions. I'll make even more tutorials like this, so stay tuned. And if you like it, then you can fav this article. Thank you and enjoy. I hope it's helpful. More tutorials by me you can see in feature below.
How to render MMD videos like a pro!
The DeviantArt MMD community is notorious for its drama and mini-conflicts. It has also been the one in which I've encountered some of the rudest people on the Internet. However, I have also been rather fortunate in being able to become acquainted with some of the nicest, talented and knowledgeable people I've ever encountered anywhere. Many of these have graced my gallery with their visits, comments, encouragement and attentions. And a few, perhaps some of the most talented, have graciously given me access to hard to get models, exclusive previews of their MMD work and even insights into their methods of doing things.
Occasionally, I am gifted with real gems and this was the case when garmus1 dropped a note in my inbox the other night. Apart from the depth of knowledge that he gives into his methods, he's also given me permission to share that knowledge with the rest of the community.
Now, I know that some of you will have, after reading only

A Guide to TutorialsStock & Resources
So, you want to make an awesome tutorial for your friends, and anybody else who might be interested in your style/techniques/skills/programming/designing ...
There are some essentials you are going to want to keep in mind when you make your tutorial.
Its not just a bunch of text and some pictures (OK it is, but theres more you could do! )
Its not just a few quick tips or pointers for a friend who asked you for some more details (OK it is, but its more than that! )
Its not just some work in progress screenshots/photos of your next big project (OK it is, but its SO MUCH more than that!!)
Don't forget, great design IS ART!
DeviantART is predominantly an English language website. However, DeviantART is a global community, so not everyone can read English fluently. Make sure your use of language i
Favorite feature -May the dead be with youSince many of you may celebrate All Hallows' Eve today, or as here in Sweden we celebrate All Saints' Day. I know you call it differently in different parts of the world, but they all seems to be about the same thing, to mourn the loved ones that have died. Therefor I want this feature to be in memory of our dead ones. Cause I believe they are still here with us, closer than we think.
