It's a bit confusing since here in Sweden Spirit Day is on oct 27. But doesn't really matter what day you draw attention to this, the important thing I think is that we do!

Spirit Day is to support lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) youth and to speak out against bullying.
Many LGBT youth today are being bullied because of their sexual orientation, some of them might even be thinking about suicide. Spirit Day is for them and for everyone else to show their support!
